Nick is the founder and owner of Clarke Nicholas Construction. Nick has formal qualifications of C.O.T Civil Engineering and is a registered building practitioner as a commercial builder including building design. Nick began working in the construction industry in 1984 with experience in civil & greenfield projects, domestic & commercial projects, warehousing and industrial projects. Nick has advised on project feasibility and delivered on many major projects. Nicks experience as Contracts Manager and Operations Manager during his employment in local government has proven an invaluable asset in establishing CNC. Nick has overseen annual works of over $120 Million and managed over 80 staff whilst attaining specialist skills in OH & S and Quality Control compliance. The company now operates across sectors, each concentrating its skilled staff and project expertise on the key areas of Industrial & Commercial Construction, Fit Out and Retail. Nick’s experience ranges from small boutique, to large scale construction and fitout projects. Committed to staff development, Nick provides a uniquely positive work environment and encourages the continual improvement of all team members.
