Oracle Applications/EBS Expert; Supply Chain modules. ITIL certified, SCRUM Master, PRINCE2 Practitioner I've been working with Oracle Databases and Oracle Applications for over 15 years, I've done countless migrations, upgrades and new implementations across Europe and beyond. I've owned my own company of Oracle Experts, so I know how to manage consultants and how to lead teams, this experience has been invaluable on projects, great tools for conflict resolution in stressful project or operational situations. I've worked in several phases of projects, from developing interfaces with 3rd party products, to managing on and off-shore development teams. This type of role involves liasing with clients to get the requirements, writing technical specs, then later Quality Assurance and Tuning where needed. On the DBA side, I've managed ERP DBA teams, and technical teams on both in and out sourced environments, large corporations with multiple versions of live applications, technically challenging but also managing the human aspect of team members, like career development or motivation. As a technical consultant I've worked on a lot of development projects building and managing CEMLI's, but often these roles turn into production roles as the go-lives come to pass. Support procedures and SLAs are what holds production environments in place, I'm comfortable defining these for a new go-live, or following / improving what it's place. A good communicator, can be an ideal link or client facing resource to discuss requirements, pre-sales or ongoing project committees.
