Founding member of Landsec's residential mixed use urban regeneration team. Identified the opportunity and led the first planning application to re-purpose Central London retail centres. Had an inspiring experience co-authoring strategies on Innovation and on Manufacturing Methods of Construction for the board, the latter leading directly to the world first 'kit of parts' office building. At M3 Consulting responsible for feasibilities, planning applications, design and delivery across residential, commercial, and cultural uses for clients including British Land, Blackstone, The Southbank Centre, Delancey, Royal Mail Group and Aviva Investors. Delivered the sub-structure works for the Leadenhall Building in a very compressed programme window to an absolute pre-let deadline. At Mace, joined the PMO delivering the Brunel University Masterplan, leading design, planning and construction of Europe's largest single phase of student accommodation at the time, 1,400 beds, from start to finish. Presently leading Design & Development for Fora in a £100m platform expansion, doubling portfolio size in 2 years whilst controlling and reducing spend and programme durations. Part of Leadership Team setting Fora up to merge with TOG to create The Office Group, soon-to-be the world's 5th largest flexible workspace platform. Working on cross-functional OpCo integration and scale through application of manufacturing principles to expand the platform, achieve NZC and drive ever better standards in customer experience.
