About Nick Dantonio

Worked for Frito-Lay for the past fourteen and a half years. I started at the bottom and I have worked my way up to a management position. I have done all possible tasks in the process. Everything from driving a forklift to loading trucks to picking orders to giving intervews. I've been in a managment position for the last three years. I've recently graduated with my degree in Human Resources and Business Management and I'm looking to do something in the HR field. My strong points are woking with people and relating to them and I think I will find much sucess in this area. My goal is to find a job that I love and can make an immediate impact on. My strengths are communicating and relating with employees. Strong organizational and detail skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment. Specialties: Managaing a small or large group of people. Have a great repor with people and can relate and communicate well with them.
