About Nick Davis

Every organization wants to run leaner, make smarter decisions, and improve performance — but without the right financial strategy behind the scenes, it’s easy for capital projects, fleet expenses, or procurement efforts to spiral out of control. And it’s in those environments that I excel. Let me explain. For over two decades, I’ve helped enterprise-level teams align their operations with financial clarity. It doesn’t matter if I’m managing an $80M capital budget for facilities, integrating complex data sets across telematics and fuel usage, or optimizing vehicle lifecycle costs, my focus is always the same: equip decision-makers with accurate data and smart forecasting tools so they can move fast and spend wisely. I pride myself on bridging the gap between finance and operations — and make it seamless. From designing cost models in Power BI and Alteryx to streamlining sourcing strategies using Oracle and SAP, I bring both the analytical firepower and the practical insight to improve day-to-day performance and long-term strategy. Let’s talk if you’re looking for a results-driven financial analyst who can handle the complexity, cut the waste, and help your team focus on what matters most.#financialstrategy #fleetmanagement #capitalprojects #datadrivenleadership #supplychain #procurement #forecasting
