About Nick Difalco

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Navy Veteran, currently with 3 years of experience as a Control Systems Engineer, and an additional 7 years as a technician, most notably in the automotive and industrial electrical sectors. I have experience developing and implementing custom automation systems, designing/programming PLC/HMI/SCADA, in Agile environments via Rockwell Automation PLCs and HMIs, using RS Logix and PanelView/FactoryTalk, and Ignition. I have my Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics Engineering from ECPI University, and I’m an intellectually curious, lifelong learner, fascinated by many topics, especially related to innovation and technology. As an INTJ (see link below), I thoroughly enjoy challenges, and the opportunity for growth which they provide. As a veteran, I work exceptionally well under pressure. I’m typically very patient and objective, and one of my notable strengths is my ability to calmly and effectively handle conflict resolution. I’m a team player, and I enjoy mentoring junior employees whenever I get the opportunity. I love learning new things, and I’m constantly seeking ways to innovate and improve the systems and processes around me. Never stop evolving.
