Nick Dimmitt is a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) expert who helps global enterprises implement modern software test organizations and processes. A proven test and automation leader experienced in guiding major engineering services groups at tech companies. As the Senior Director of Test and Automation at Ford Motor Company, Nick is in charge of end-to-end testing and automation, implementing CI/CD best practices, and supporting developers at Model e. While at Microsoft, Nick was a Test Manager who supported Windows Phone Services, Windows Phone, and Windows Mobile/Embedded groups. Nick built the core automation, CI/CD pipeline, and feature flag processes, as well as the daily build, audit, global joint and partner code ingest processes. The Microsoft Software Development in Test program Nick created was later rolled out to universities around the world. Nick also was a member of the Microsoft Engineering Excellence program.
