Passionate about developing high performing teams, leveraging practical tools and processes, and building cross-functional operations to accomplish missions. Experienced facilitator of Lean production, continuous improvement, resilient systems, training development, change management, human performance, and industrial and organizational psychology practices in organizations around the world. I also seek to help organizations understand that the knowledge skills and abilities they are seeking can all be found in the veteran and military spouse populations, while also helping transitioning military members to find their passion in their next adventure. My experience spans government, nonprofit, and private sectors, most recently in CDMO and medical device manufacturing operations where my teams drove GXP-compliant multi-site improvement initiatives that increased performance and capacity, reduced downtime, generated revenue and cost savings, and maximized people engagement. Oh yeah, I also make biscuits, gravies, jams, and kolaches so good its criminal via my family food truck, Villainous Biscuits.
