About Nick Evans

As Head of Digital Learning, I bring a unique blend of classroom experience and strategic leadership to digital transformation and skills development. My career began in primary education, where I worked predominantly in socially deprived areas across South Wales, supporting pupils with a range of needs including social, emotional and behavioural difficulties and additional learning needs. These early experiences shaped my passion for inclusive education and the power of technology to bridge gaps in opportunity. Over the years, I’ve transitioned from the classroom into roles that drive systemic change—developing digital learning programmes across both education and commercial sectors. I’ve led projects that upskill staff, engage communities, and build agile, future-ready learning cultures. My hands-on approach combines a deep understanding of pedagogy with emerging technologies, ensuring solutions are both practical and impactful. Through leading digital strategy, delivering training, or building partnerships, I remain focused on one goal: preparing today’s workforce for tomorrow by making learning more accessible, relevant and inspiring.
