I felt like I had done it all. At the time I didn't know the that it wasn't enough. In fact, I soon realized it never would be enough. I rigged up the largest shows of all time. Traveled the world doing what I thought I loved. Even met the coolest people from everywhere I could imagine. I seemed happy, but what I didn't realize is I wasn't living a fulfilled life. The stories, the adventure, THE FOOD. It was awesome, but there was something lacking. This is after having come a long way already. My younger days were full of trouble. I was in and out of jail for years. Mostly over nighters. There was a 2 week stay in the county for probation violation. I even caught a felony for a small amount of prescription cough syrup. I took my charge, 4 years probation. but still I KEPT MY JOB, I GOT A COLLEGE DEGREE, and I STAYED ALIVE! Those last 2 were the toughest for sure. I didn't let it hold me down. I found my way into production in 2013. That saved my life. This is where I first learned how to live for a purpose. From stage handing I got into carpentry, and eventually high steel rigging. I really thought I had it all. Then out of nowhere it hit me like a ton of bricks. I wasn't truly fulfilled, I wasn't reaching my full potential, I knew there was something more, and I was living for the industry and not for myself! I began to grow a passion for fitness, nutrition, and optimizing my lifestyle. I read books, I took classes, and I studied more and more. I realized I could truly help people in production, and any purpose driven industry become their greatest self! Many people just don't have the right mindset, to stay in shape, eat healthy and live a fulfilled life in the industry. In fact, I found out for many years it was the complete opposite! In the last 3 years I have been able to sky rocket my life. 3x'd my income, get married, and traveled the country, even other countries and living the dream of a truly fulfilled life. The crazy thing was how easy it really was once I found the keys to having that mindset! I have walked, climbed, and beam walked with hundreds of the best guys in the business. I have been privileged to help many achieve their optimized self. When the, you know what, killed production I was assed out like every one else. Excuse my french.
