I am a seasoned professional in the Student Housing sector, specialising in the UK and pan-European markets. My mission is to simplify purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) for students, university clients, operators, and institutional investor partners. I am passionate about delivering tangible sales and income solutions to maximise rental yield and capital growth. I began my career with one of the pioneering companies in the PBSA sector. Our strategic approach to acquiring student accommodation properties in the UK's top 30 towns and cities (by student population) propelled us to a top 3 ranking among the largest private sector owners by bed numbers. This journey culminated in the creation of the 'Ardent Portfolio,' comprising 25 buildings with over 5,500 student beds, which was later sold to Singaporean Mapletree Investments. Currently, I lead City Room Rentals, an industry-recognised student housing platform dedicated to helping our clients maximise income year-round. Our business has been consistently shortlisted for 'Agency Team of the Year' at the Student Accommodation Conference & Awards, organised by Property Week.
