In the world of user experience and user design, ninjas are a dime a dozen. To be a ninja is implicit. The needs of users in an exponentially accelerating digital world demand innovation by the month, if not by the minute. I believe the designers who will keep pace with these changes and produce relevant experiences for customers are not just the best ninjas. They are the ones willing to adapt when the landscape begins to change. They are already up to speed in an entirely new set of skills before their former ninja training buddies even notice they are gone. I’m Nick. I’ve always been a ninja. I’ve always been a learner. And I’ve always worked to create optimal experiences around products, services, and interactions. I’m passionate about design thinking, and even more passionate about tying creativity to research in order to design the best solutions. I love the moment when my client or customer’s face lights up with joy around a product I have created. That is what drives me and will continue to as I grow and thrive in my field.
