Passionate about accessibility, equity, and inclusive education, I bring over a decade of experience in student support, program development, and community-focused roles across post-secondary, non-profit, and healthcare-adjacent sectors. Currently, I work as an Accessibility and Accommodation Specialist at Ontario Tech University, where I support students in navigating academic life through personalized accommodations and inclusive practice. My previous roles—ranging from program leadership at the Abilities Centre to equity programming in higher ed—have allowed me to create spaces where individuals of all abilities feel seen, heard, and empowered. I’m known for taking a Universal Design for Learning (UDL) approach to facilitation, leading with empathy, and blending strategy with creativity. Whether I’m managing a complex caseload, designing accessible programming, or building cross-campus partnerships, my goal is always the same: to foster environments where people can thrive authentically.
