By fostering a culture of innovation, I enable our AI-driven global platform to support over healthcare practices and reach millions of patients. Previously, I led business operations at chrisad, overseeing a team of 70 and optimizing processes for over 1,500 clients. I grew the business through both higher retention of customers as well as establishing new business verticals such as an analytics, recruiting, printing and full digital ad departments from scratch.As a constant coach and teammate, I don't ask of my team anything that isn't achievable or that I wouldn't take on myself.
