Nick St-Georges, P.Eng. is the Vice President of International pursuits for Integrated Sustainability Consulting Ltd.(ISC), a niche company from Canada focused on the water, wastewater and renewable energy industries. Founded in 2010, Integrated Sustainability has grown to almost 200 staff and have been decorated with several outstanding achievements including the "Canada's Top Small & Medium Employers,""Top 30 Most Innovative Companies," and the "Water Management Company of the Year" in the Canadian Oil & Gas Awards. The Water Management Company of the Year Award recognizes companies who have demonstrated reliability, technical proficiency and can show details of their corporate social responsibility initiatives. In 2022, ISC acquired a local company in Barbados called Ecohesion that focused on the design, construction and operations of treatment facilities all over the Caribbean. He’s a passionate leader that is very much goal oriented. Nick received a Civil Engineering Technologist Diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) and furthered his education at Western University where he received a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. Nick's recent experience has been focused on managing all the current international projects throughout the Caribbean while simultaneously pursuing new international prospects. While his early career began primarily in the field, as a Civil Engineer Technician, performing construction supervision on a variety of projects, he then moved into the office sharpening his design and project management skills after completing his degree. Over the past 25+ years, Nick has developed a wide variety of project experiences that primarily focus within the water/wastewater sector where he designed various pumping stations and treatment facilities. Nick’s international experience spans between Africa and the entire Caribbean region. He has dedicated over 25 years working throughout the Caribbean and moved his family to Barbados in 2018 to pursue work in the region full-time. Nick has successfully pursued projects with most of the IFI’s including the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), World Bank, as well as other financing agencies such as the Green Climate Fund.
