About Nick Glover

I have over twenty years of experience in the building and construction engineering field, with an emphasis on major infrastructure and transportation projects. I have successfully led the planning, development, design, procurement, construction and project management of a diverse range of mufti-disciplined construction projects: from oil plant & buildings to tunnels, bridges & offshore My comprehensive project management experience on major mufti-disciplined construction projects is underwritten by extensive experience in the design, procurement and implementation of projects under a variety of contract forms. In the UK, I was a key member of the construction management teams on the London Docklands’ Con naught Crossing and the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge over the Thames at Dart ford. Experience in Hong Kong includes as a senior member of a consultant team working for Government clients on feasibility studies and design of immersed tube tunnel, offshore construction, highway and reclamation projects. For the last eighteen years, I have been part of the Client organization with the Project Management team responsible for construction of of oil plant, offshore constructions and Design I am presently Director, Project Department of the Shell oil company, independently responsible for the direct management of the planning, concept development, feasibility study, engineering, design, procurement and implementation of all capital works projects undertaken by the Authority. The workload currently being managed includes direct capital projects totaling over $12 billion and the client supervision of over $5 billion in Franchisee works.
