I am a highly driven Commercial Director with extensive experience in building Technical IT Account Management Teams with the view to providing superb service, solving business issues and creating growth. I have a hands-on, ethical and professional approach to generating long term business growth. I do this through developing strong relationships and building cohesive, technical teams focused on providing exceptional service. The foundation of these relationships and the service my team's provide is simple: treat others as you would wish to be treated yourself with integrity, straightforward communication and efficiency. Key to my team's strong results has been an unrelenting quest for improvement: improvement to our technical and business knowledge; our service; our solutions; and most of all, to ensuring we properly understand our client's goals so that we can implement the right solution and technology to help them achieve these. I love how technology can transform business but my particular passion is simplifying IT so that it can be understood by non-IT specialists and I focus on how it can be used to improve productivity & compliance, reduce costs and generally create leaner, more secure and better businesses.
