About Nick Grimes

I have an extremely strong networking and systems administration background and have been very fortunate to gain experience in a large range of different vendors and technologies due to working within the MSP space for many years. While my main passion is for the network and security side, I have also gained extensive systems and server administration knowledge which allows me to better understand business needs and best practices when designing and implementing network and systems infrastructure. With my wide range of experience in different network and systems technologies, I have also cultivated a strong troubleshooting skill set which allows me to confidently tackle any problems and provide recommendations for clients to get the most out of existing infrastructure and future purchases to best meet each individual’s needs. My experience as a lead or senior engineer has also given me the opportunity to learn and grow from a leadership perspective. I strive to recognize the strengths and needs of team members and ensure both professional, as well as personal goals, are identified and realized. By working to understand each individuals preference for learning, I’ve come to excel at placing the correct member, and accompanying skill set, ensuring successful results and an optimal experience for all parties involved.
