Coaching others to grasp their highest qualities and goals and problem-solving, all with a joyful jauntiness. I thrive on projects that enhance lives, focusing on well-being, health, and building resilience and fortitude across mental, emotional, and physical spectrums. Every morning, I wake up excited to dissect and resolve challenges, both creative and straightforward, in my role as a Scrum Master/Product Owner. Working with IT pros and understanding the heartbeat of tech companies has been a joy. At The Bridge Strategy and Consulting, I wear dual hats: guiding our team as a Scrum Master, conducting meetings, tackling blockers, and defining clear and concise user stories; and as a Product Owner, shaping the product roadmap and ensuring timely goal achievement. I also delve into documentation, create flow charts for better operational flow, and team up with QA in regression testing our software rigorously before any production release. I collaborate closely with UI/UX leads, product teams, and developers in both agile and hybrid environments. My toolkit includes Azure DevOps, Jira, Lucid, SQL, SharePoint, Postman, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Team Foundation Server, Asana, Pivotal Tracker, and GitHub.
