Extensive practical experience leading multinational, multicultural and cross-functional teams and embedding improved working practices and cultures. I have a proven track record of building strong customer and team relationships, leading to innovative, deliverable, and ultimately profitable solutions to their business needs. Over the past two decades, I have worked with teams in the UK, Switzerland, Australia, India, Canada and the US. Having led, coached, and been pivotal in delivering pre-sales, product solutions, marketing, and worldwide training and consulting. Working with customers and prospects from small to Fortune 50 across the globe. Delivering breakthrough products and features, managing multiple products from early growth through end of life. Priding myself on being a person who 'thinks differently' and seamlessly switches between commercial and technical thinking as required. I am driven to continually search for improvement, with the ability to innovate and identify opportunities to transfer ideas and technologies between applications and sectors. Skilled in marketing, product management, AI, UX design, design thinking, agile development, lean methodologies, digital transformation, change, psychology, and neuroscience. Over the past seven years, working diligently to align teams in challenging conditions, foster inter-team trust, and cultivate a high-performance culture. I have a personal passion for self-development and continuous learning - reading over 40 books a year as a practical example of my love of learning. Outside of work, I’m a technology nerd with special interests in psychology, neuroscience, and design, and given some free time, I’m a keen target archer. I love to cook, walk with family and friends, an audiobook or a dog.
