About Nick Hanover

In the past few years I've committed myself fully to expanding my writing portfolio and establishing a wide range of contacts, interests and areas of coverage. Rather than focus on any one aspect of my interests, I prefer to utilize the full spectrum of my knowledge, bringing my eclectic taste to every publication that utilizes me. I write for the sake of writing and am happy to just build on my experience by taking risks and chances on new endeavors or industries I'm curious about. While my goal is to join a major publication soon, I know that this takes a tremendous amount of dedication, experience and talent which is why I continue to push myself as much as possible daily to make that happen. Specialties: Outside of my writing abilities, I'm skilled with Adobe Photoshop and have done design work in the past, for sites as well as bands and individuals. I'm well-versed in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere and have a talent for photography and cinematography. I'm also an accomplished musician and have played in several bands over the years that have done fairly well in local scenes. In that time I've developed a proficiency with most music production programs, including Ableton and Pro Tools.
