About Nick Heng

Nick was previously an Innovation Manager at ARIIA. He was working with stakeholders to build and deliver growth and innovation in aged care in Australia. He was also a Project Manager at Western Health (WH). His role primarily consists of managing the recruitment and overall resourcing of the Cerner EMR implementation at WH. Prior WH, Nick was at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission in the Internal Audit & Risk team. He oversaw a number of projects, including procurement of internal audit services, and the implementation of risk recommendations. On the healthcare front, Nick's first foray into the world of Digital Health was through the North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWMPHN) as a Project Officer in the My Health Record specialist project. His role focused on engagement with medical specialists - it included marketing, building and delivering content and business development. On top of that, Nick is extremely passionate about philanthropy and impact - he currently volunteers for his church and sponsors a child. His dream is to become a philanthropist - volunteering his time and donating his money.
