About Nick Hlado

An intelligent, intuitive, very hard-working artist and idealist, I have harnessed the adaptive skills of a 2D animator, concept artist, have traditionally developed my own stylized quality of traditional character, concept, and environment artwork. Through the Media Arts & Animation BA program at Illinois Institute of Art, I was able to learn how to constructive take what I've drawn and developed, and create 2D animation works, storyboards and illustrations, and even incorporate my works within motion graphics and 3D works as well. I have even taken some of my developed characters, and further centered a written story, breakdown of their accessories, background, attributes, and have also shown the character in various styles. I am striving to work, with my charisma, wit, and friendly personality into a company where I can collaborate among other brilliant concept artists, and animators alike. Willing to relocate, and I would be mostly interested in working within a video game company, illustration firm, or anyplace I can showcase and assist with my storyboarding/animation skills.Additionally, I am a very humorous, kind, generous person. I am very outgoing, never a closed box (always sharing my ideas and being reflective), I love to play sports (and watch hockey/football), disc golf, rollerblading, bowling, snowboarding, writing (songs, poetry, short scripts), playing video games, watching movies, traveling, and exploring.
