About Nick Ingram

I’ve been designing digital products for over a decade, from early concepts through to final UI. I often join projects when things are unclear: the roadmap’s fuzzy, the requirements are vague, or no one’s quite sure how the product should actually work. I spend time understanding the priorities, exploring different ways forward, and designing solutions that help teams move confidently toward release. I work best when there’s a vision to build from — even a rough one. If someone has a specific idea, I’ll design it first. It gives us something concrete to react to and often opens the door to better options. Clear priorities make it easier to focus and push back on scope changes later. Collaboration is key to how I work. I like connecting with everyone — from the CEO who's thinking long-term to the engineers who know what’s possible right now. I’ll always trade polish for progress if it means we can deliver and learn. I’m especially interested in tools that reduce friction in people’s lives — things that help them get in, get out, and move on. I think about design not just as a way to improve interfaces but as a way to create boundaries in an endless digital world.
