A construction specialist with over 30 years experience in major heavy industrial projects worldwide, involving every area of construction, I lead or am involved with everything from constructability to the initial sourcing and instruction of the site management team and manpower to the full set-up of site facilities. Ensure all construction activities are carried out in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner in accordance with the construction work package, contract provisions, plans, and specifications. Ongoing site management of HSSE, QA, DC, site logistics and project controls. Personnel being the highest priority, I vigorously strive to be an inspirational leader and instil the maximum level of HSE and QA awareness into the culture and by using inventive strategies I maximise construction efficiencies and have an exceptional track record of building teams and ensuring high quality communication between all levels of stakeholder and leading problem solving and change management strategies to facilitate successful outcomes. I have well established organisational and planning skills and through managed delegation, ensure all the project deliverables are achieved. I have worked on all variations of contract styles and the project values are from US$20mio – U$2bn>, situated in eastern, western and central Europe, Australia, NZ, across SE Asia and Mid-East.
