I'm a Senior Industrial Designer & Innovation Specialist with 8 years of experience turning ideas into tangible, future-focused products. I work at the intersection of physical design, strategy, and business innovation – from early concept to market-ready execution. Currently, I lead industrial design at happybrush, a sustainable oral care startup, where I built our internal innovation lab from the ground up. I’m responsible for shaping physical product strategy, prototyping, testing, and aligning design with business and sustainability goals. My background includes agency-side work for brands like Bosch, Siemens and Villeroy & Boch, where I led portfolio strategies, design languages and award-winning product development (Red Dot, iF). I hold a Business Innovation Certificate from IDEO U, including "Designing Strategy" and "Designing a Business", as well as certifications in Design Thinking and AI x Creativity and Brainbird's Design Thinking Seminar. I'm driven by curiosity, hands-on creativity, and the belief that design is most powerful when it connects business logic, user value and technical feasibility. I’m currently growing into roles that go beyond design – toward innovation management, product strategy, and building systems that foster meaningful impact.
