I have a solid foundation in business management and credit reporting, which I apply to my role as the Lending Care Delivery Lead at LendingClub. I am passionate about improving the member experience and the operation of the workplace, using my strong analytical aptitude and leadership ability to examine, innovate, and manage multiple lines of business and teams effectively. I have also developed skills in project management, quality assurance, training, and coaching, working with cross-functional and international teams and stakeholders. I have contributed to numerous process and product improvement initiatives, such as facilitating content for a companywide Lending Care event and presenting business cases for operational enhancements. My goal is to enable LendingClub to provide the best service and solutions to its members and partners, while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
