Meet Nick Lazar, a lifelong Connecticut resident, dedicated real estate agent, and loving father to two energetic little girls. Since 2017, Nick has been helping clients navigate the dynamic real estate market with his expertise, honest advice, and problem-solving skills. While he may have a lighthearted demeanor, Nick understands the importance of choosing the right agent when dealing with such a significant financial and personal transaction. He was invited to join the board of directors for the Valley Association of REALTORS in 2021 and was elected as the board President for the 2023 term. Additionally, he holds a seat on the board of directors for the Connecticut Association of REALTORS at the state level. Nick also shares his knowledge and experience as an instructor at the Valley Academy of Real Estate, teaching continuing education classes to licensed agents and brokers, as well as the Principles and Practices course for aspiring agents.In his leisure time, Nick can be found chasing after his daughters, Olivia and Isabelle, enjoying podcasts, or indulging in the latest crime documentaries on Netflix alongside his wife, Patricia.
