About Nick Lefebvre

I have worked in the food service industry since 1996, always taking pride in innovation and creativity throughout my career. My venture into the Food truck & catering business brought a unique brand of scratch cuisine that utilized a variety of local products from local beer, baked goods, and farm fresh ingredients. I am proud of the success that was had for the 7 years of operating from winning a "Best of Rhode Island" award to catering movie sets, weddings, business functions, private parties and festivals, the personal and professional relationships that were developed from that experience are still with me today. In 2019 I jumped feet first into the cannabis industry in Massachusetts. I was fortunate to work for several industry leaders and able to collaborate with a variety of cannabis manufacturers in other markets from Maine to Ohio and recently Connecticut. It was exciting building the kitchen/production spaces, building strong teams, creating and launching those products. I set out to create products that carried health related benefits or effects-based products for various needs of consumers. My career in cannabis full time has spanned over 6 years now and I am proud of the products, relationships and experiences that have emerged. No matter the experience I have learned a great deal about leadership & teamwork. It's all about the people and culture in the end. I look forward to cultivating new relationships and experiences in the future!
