With a deep-rooted passion for performing arts education and over two decades of performance experience, Nick has dedicated his career to shaping and uplifting the next generation of artists, leaders, and creative thinkers. Nick serves as the Education & Engagement Manager for the Westmoreland Cultural Trust, where he designs and implements community-centered programming that connects artists of all ages to transformative arts experiences. From youth outreach initiatives to professional development for educators and performers, he is committed to making the arts accessible, relevant, and empowering. In his former role as Chair of Performing Arts and Head of Musical Theatre at Westinghouse Arts Academy, he cultivated a dynamic, student-centered program that blended artistic excellence with innovative, trauma-informed instruction. In addition to his work in education and community engagement, Nick serves as Chief Operating Officer of Boyd Productions and Management, where he oversees organizational strategy, programming, and operations. This role allows him to bridge education and industry by providing pre-professional training and meaningful performance opportunities for young artists. Nick is a firm believer in arts education as a vehicle for self-expression, discipline, and collaboration. His experience spans stage direction and choreography, curriculum design, project management, and community engagement. Whether coaching students through college auditions, leading large-scale productions, or building sustainable arts programs, his mission remains the same: to inspire, empower, and elevate the next generation of performing artists.
