I am a seasoned professional with 8+ years of systems administration and technology integration experience in diverse sectors. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for IT operations, as well as for end user support and issue resolution, I have a verifiable history of contributing directly to company growth and success throughout my career. As such, I have consistently exceeded client and performance goals, and I am adept at achieving maximum operational impacts with minimal resource expenditure. Professional focal points include systems optimization, AWS cloud engineering, hardware deployment, information security, troubleshooting, data analysis, and user access. Most recently, I was the System Administrator with Taylor Farms. Under my leadership, I spearheaded all daily activities related to IT operations across the facility with accountability for creating and executing interactive web interfaces due to COVID regulations and protocols. I also provided diligent support and maintenance for various desktops, laptops, and Windows Servers while functioning as key SME for issues involving third party vendors. In addition, I liaised with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the company’s technological support structure was driving the business forward with minimal expenditures. Colleagues describe me as a progressive, driven, down-to-earth, technology and managerial expert who can be relied on to offer superior solutions that deliver profitable results on-time and under budget.
