The most important lesson I've learned in my exhilarating time at SkipTheDishes has been that forming, building and sustaining personal relationships is not only the most valuable skill one can learn in the work place, it is the skill that most helps make ones life rich. As one of the young companies earliest hires, I had the opportunity to form relationships when account managing our restaurants partners. More recently, the focus of my relationship building was with prospective restaurant partners in my role as a Growth representative. The work of communicating the value of a partnership with Skip was challenging, fun and rewarding, especially when you had the opportunity to look back and see that you've made a positive financial impact on a small business owners life six months into the partnership. In my current role, I'm currently concentrating on forming and strengthening strong bonds with my team. Fostering a culture of excellence, execution and personal development, we continue to exceed our goal of adding the best restaurants in all of Canada to the network and look likely to exceed the record growth Skip has seen in the past.
