I help clients in the financial services and insurance industry. I solve problems with employees and contractors. I advise and assist clients with financial services regulatory, lending and compliance issues. I litigate disputes to achieve cost effective and business case supported outcomes. I bring 25-years' experience in litigation across insurance, employment and business disputes, Corporations Act compliance and risk and credit disputation. I utilise that long history and deep knowledge for the benefit of my clients to provide timely, efficient and value for money services. I am focused and direct. I want to identify the best outcome for my clients. I aim to remove roadblocks. I help clients with: • advice and compliance with Corporations Act, Banking Act, Competition and Consumer Act, Credit Act and all related areas; • financial services litigation including AFCA disputes and recoveries; • SaaS agreement documentation and disputes; • employment and contractor advice, documentation and disputes; and • commercial agreements and advice dealing with people and relationships.
