Director at ConsiliumCX, independent specialists in CCaaS and UCaaS Over 25 years experience within the Corporate Sales, Management and Director arena dealing at all levels up to C-Level and Boardroom predominantly in the Unified Comms/Contact Centre Technology markets. Having exited Elite Telecom in 2019 I recently set up Blue2 Solutions to offer Card Payment Solutions and Commercial Energy to the business market. Working with industry leading suppliers to provide a range of products and services designed to save clients money across the areas. Previously I was a Director of Elite Telecom for 15 years and was a key part of the Company's ten-fold growth over that period. Coming from a Carrier background I have a thorough understanding of both the wholesale and retail sides of the industry and has been able to utilise this knowledge to the benefit of the Company. I have been responsible for the relationships with the Company’s key suppliers that allowed the Elite to be a ‘Reseller competing in a Carrier’s market’. More recently, Nick has focussed on the growth of both new and existing high value Corporate Accounts as well as managing the supplier relationships for a number of key Inbound Products. His specialist area is providing solutions to the Contact Centre market and has been heavily involved in the launch of a number of new exciting products based around PCI Compliance and Hosted Contact Centre. Nick’s experience, knowledge and professional reputation within the industry has meant that many of his clients have been with him for 15 or more years and trust him to understand how their business needs change over time. Nick is married to Sue, and being from Manchester is obviously a die-hard City season ticket holder.
