About Nick Martinez

Currently living in Colorado, I moved here to be closer with my brother and his family. I have over 10 years of retail experience ranging in both softline and hardline consumer goods. My experience largely has been in management roles covering both front end and back-end operations. Developing team members to their fullest potential is where my passion lies. I like to look at problems with an open mind and creatively pinpoint solutions that both make the job easier and develop relationships with other members on staff. I have worked in heavily regulated industries that require compliance down to the last unit sold. This has allowed me to learn a new insight of how to deal with different issues that may arise and the best way to navigate them within compliance. With a background in sales of different products, it has allowed me to train team members to better explain different products in ways to create value leading to more sales. Creating the experience starts with the team. I hire to maintain higher standards of customer service while offering the highest level myself.
