About Nick Mason

I am a Senior Prepress Technician with over twelve years of experience in the areas of Prepress, Computer to Plate (CTP), Digital Equipment, Consumable / Inventory Management and many others. I have built my expertise in my field over the years while continually learning and improving alongside changing technology. I have an aptitude for streamlining processes to maximize efficiency and provide ease of use for all operators. In addition to the expertise I bring to the table in the areas of Prepress and Digital departments, I also have an aptitude for the mechanical aspect of the equipment used. This allows me the ability to troubleshoot and repair user-serviceable issues with the machinery I operate, and eliminates the need for unnecessary repair-ticket wait times when a mechanical issue can be resolved same-day. To note, I am able to use sound judgement to determine if a more complex repair requires vendor servicing due to either complexity or warranty limitations. I consider myself to be personable, and take pride in the relationships I have built over the years with various vendors in the areas of Prepress, Digital, Consumables and others.
