I acted for data breach victims in the ground-breaking case of Various Claimants v Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC. This was the first data breach class action in English legal history and reached the Supreme Court. I also act in cases concerning data law issues such as data subject rights, blacklisting, biometric data and ICO investigations. I'm often instructed to help keep clients out of the limelight and to protect their reputation. I have been recommended as being 'calmness personified' and a specialist in handling hostile media coverage (Legal 500). I am ranked as a Leading Individual by Legal 500 and have appeared in The Lawyer magazine's "Hot 100".
