About Nick Meyer
I am actively pursuing a wide range of MLB job opportunities including: applied biomechanics, sport performance, pitching/player development. Within baseball I am also passionate about bullpen catching and working with players, and I am interested in a position where I can leverage my wide range of skills. I am a recent graduate of University of Dayton with a MS in mechanical engineering, and recently finished a Sports Science internship at Driveline Baseball. I spent the last year coaching baseball at Dayton as the Director of Player Development while I finished my Master's degree. I received a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Otterbein University in May 2021. Outside of baseball, I have interest in biomechanical engineering, and completed biomechanics research as part of my Master's thesis at Dayton. I am also pursuing mechanical engineering jobs. I am currently building my R programming skills by creating visualizations using Trackman Baseball data.
