I am a Senior Brand Manager at Anheuser-Busch, where I lead the below-the-line strategic marketing for Kona Big Wave, the fastest growing brand in the AB portfolio. I graduated from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School with a BSBA in 2020, and I have a passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and telling compelling narratives. My core competencies include strategy & execution, renovation, and storytelling, which I apply to every project I work on. In my current role, I have developed end-to-end strategic execution toolkits based on enduring brand passion points such as travel, and managed the renovation of Kona Big Wave liquid and packaging, resulting in over 40% volume growth year-to-date. In my previous roles, I supported the Chief Marketing Officer's narrative and presentations, managed the target setting and appraisal process for the entire marketing organization, and coordinated the commercial planning efforts for the brand's long-term strategy. I have also acquired multiple skills such as content development, dashboard management, and cross-functional collaboration. I am motivated by creating value for consumers, my company, and society, and I bring a unique POV and approach to any project I work on.
