An entrepreneurial and goal orientated leader with extensive experience and necessary skills to communicate with people at all levels. Managing large teams of people and involved in some of the early, pioneering mixed use property regeneration schemes. Especially within city centres. Significant experience in high value schemes from inception to completion. Even to the extent of being involved with a potential purchase of a large corporate property company in Europe. Sole responsibility in the managing of single profit centres within a corporate environment to the running of his own business. 1) Mixed use development experience – Residential, Offices, Serviced Apartments, Retail, Leisure and Industrial. 2) Complete and extensive development experience – Acquiring sites, design, planning, construction, funding, selling and letting. 3) Track record – Successful record, with the additional experience and benefit of running my own profit centre for Crown Dilmun and my own business. This included working through successfully one of the worst property recessions on record. 4) Ability to think laterally in order to obtain best use and value from a scheme, particularly with my mixed use experience. 5) Communication – Having run a satellite office for Crown Dilmun and run my own business, the necessity and thus ability to communicate with a variety of parties, including Banks, Local Authorities, Agents, Consultants, Investors, Building Contractors to name some. Including working in teams. 6) Extensive experience - in the valuation of and asset management of residential and commercial investments including matters such as lease renewals, service charge costings and disputes/resolutions. 7) Management – Influence at all management levels, including board level.
