About Nick Nosker

I began working as a Accounting and Tax Manager with McKinley & Company in Brookville, PA in October 2018. Upon starting with the firm I began working directly with clients to meet their comprehensive tax, accounting and attestation needs. Prior to that I worked with Clyde, Ferraro & Company in DuBois, PA. During my time with Clyde Ferraro I performed preparation and review duties in attestation and tax services for a portion of the firm's S-Corp, Partnership, and Not-for-profit clients, as well as, Employee Benefit Plans. Upon my graduation from Grove City College I was hired as a Staff Accountant with Schneider Downs & Co; a large regional firm based in Pittsburgh, PA. At Schneider Downs I performed Accounting and Attestation services for a large base of clients and industries, including ERISA compliance. During my tenure with Schneider Downs I was promoted to the In-Charge level growing my responsibilities in attestation engagements. I was responsible for planning, performance and reporting of audits, review and compilations. During my tenure with Schneider Downs I obtained a great deal of audit, accounting, and leadership knowledge. Working at such a large firm I was able to observe many different management/leadership methods and was able to develop my philosophy as a leader. During my college career, I worked as an Accounting Intern with Werner Co. My most significant project at Werner was assisting the Corporate Controller in the implementation of a Financial Statement automation program as part of a Lean Six-Sigma process improvement. I began my professional career in college as an Accounting Intern with Veolia Environmental Services. While at Veolia, I worked extensively on financial reporting and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
