Partner with Potomac Development Group ("PDG"). Key Role: Leading development of large mixed-use assets in high barrier to entry markets with a focus on retail focused placemaking. PDG is a full-service real estate development, investment and consulting firm based in Chantilly, VA. PDG serves as Development Manager, Owner's Representative, and Construction Manager for select third-party clients and also owns, develops, manages, and leases commercial properties for its own account. Prior employment: Vice President, Director of Development at Kite Realty Group (formerly RPAI). Responsibilities include creating value through the evaluation and implementation of development opportunities within the Kite portfolio. Development Manager with Federal Realty Investment Trust responsible for in-fill value add redevelopment opportunities within the Mid-Atlantic core properties. Retail Development Manager and Leasing Representative for The Peterson Companies. The Peterson Companies is a privately owned development company whose projects are primarily in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Education includes a juris doctor degree from the Loyola School of Law and bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Experience and proficiencies include: • Management of multiple projects and job responsibilities including real estate due diligence, acquisition, leasing, and development. • Management of development teams that include: land use attorneys, engineers, architects, traffic consultants, wetland consultants, in-house legal, leasing, construction, accounting, and property management. • Directly involved in one hundred and thirty five executed leases and numerous renewals. • Responsible for creation of The Peterson Companies retail department iPad file management system. This system was developed in order to organize and allow for the sharing of files wirelessly to each team member’s iPad. • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
