About Nick Paschall

I am a highly motivated person already in the information technology arena. I desire to progress my career in a more technical role to pursue a more in depth practice of IT. I have had experience doing IT support, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a fast paced energetic environment. I use my interpersonal skills to connect with customers and make them feel that they are getting the best support that they can receive. I appreciate the consideration you will give my application. I’m Nick Paschall and I am a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Management Information Systems. I'm very out going and I work with Veterans everyday and absolutely love it. I grew up in Raleigh and spent all of my life here. I have enjoyed the wooded areas in the neighborhood I grew in that allowed me to hike, explore and really enjoy the outdoors. I like to go mountain climbing, hike through state parks on the weekends and see the beauty this state has to offer. I also enjoy going scuba diving in the Caribbean and see the fast biodiversity of coral reefs. The water has always been my passion and I spent 9 years as a lifeguard and a pool manager. My education brought me right back to Raleigh where I have began my career. I have always had a love for people and technology and wanted to be able to work with both. I started my career at Citrix ShareFile. I have worked in the security environment and deploying encryption software to make sure my client's data was safe and can be securely transferred. I have also worked in the mortgaging industry and specifically only worked with Veterans and it was great to give back to their community. I just enjoy working with people, resolving technical issues and having that satisfaction of helping others at the end of the day. I have been blessed to be surrounded by brilliant, enthusiastic and very friendly people that are always willing to lend a helping hand in any way they can. We collaborate as a team and are mutually invested in each other’s’ success, growth and professional development.
