About Nick Patton

I am currently a senior at the University of Maryland majoring in Real Estate Development (graduating Spring, 2025). I bring a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, discipline, accountability, and practical experience. My deep interest in business began early; in the sixth grade, when I launched my first venture as a DJ, demonstrating initiative and creativity at a young age. My academic pursuits are also complemented by valuable hands-on experience as a student manager for the University of Maryland men's basketball team. In this role, I assisted the coaching staff with daily practice and in-game operations and actively participated in year-round player development workouts. This unforgettable opportunity helped hone my organizational and time management skills, ability to work under pressure, and my personal definition of high-performance and what it means to truly contribute to the success of an organization. Throughout my life, I've cultivated core values that define my character: selflessness, kindness, accountability and deep desire to learn by doing. These principles guide my actions, pursuits and decision-making daily and I look forward to contributing positively within a professional environment. I am eager to apply my diverse skill set and unwavering work ethic to new challenges and opportunities.
