Forget what you think you know about military trainers. If you want dry, monotonous training, I’m not your guy. But if you want engaging, memorable learning experiences that leave employees inspired, motivated, and actually able to apply what they’ve learned—I’m here to help. My Learning & Development journey started with a near disaster—I froze during my first instructor presentation, worried my outgoing style didn’t fit. But great mentors showed me that my personality was the secret sauce. Training isn’t about information overload—it’s about making learning stick. Since then, I’ve led training teams, developed high-impact curricula, and designed instructional experiences that turn boring policies into actionable knowledge. Now, as an Instructional Designer, I craft SCORM-based courses, instructor-led training, and multimedia assets that make learning interactive and effective. But here’s the thing—I’m still figuring out this whole “civilian” thing. After 21.5 years in the Air Force, I traded my uniform for a corporate badge, and it’s been a learning experience. The military taught me discipline, adaptability, and how to lead with purpose—those values aren’t going anywhere. What Civilians Might Not Know About Me… Yet. In the Air Force, I wasn’t just an instructor or a Training Manager—I was an influencer in my career field. I launched a podcast reaching thousands, developed leadership initiatives that shaped the next generation, and became the go-to expert for training innovation and career development. Now, I’m bringing that experience to the corporate world. Some might not realize what someone with my background is capable of—but I can’t wait to shock and surprise them. Veterans don’t just transition—we transform organizations. I live by Maya Angelou’s words: “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” My goal?
