As a Business Relationship Director at Scouts Talent, my role is to connect Accounting and Finance consultants with rewarding and challenging opportunities and assist business leaders in filling talent gaps within their organizations through interim and project consultants. I strive to be a valuable extension of their team, helping to alleviate immediate challenges while simultaneously strategizing for their long-term objectives. Throughout my career, I have been committed to fairness and excellence. After gaining significant business development & recruiting experience within the financial services industry, I joined the visionary founders of Scouts Talent. Our ambition is to revolutionize the business model in the staffing industry, creating a fairer and more efficient system for both clients and consultants. The professionals we represent are distinguished by their experience, integrity, and commitment to excellence in accounting and finance. During the first decade of my career, I worked in the financial services industry. Fresh out of college, I built a wealth management practice from scratch. Later, I recruited financial advisors and new leaders to establish advisory firms across the US. Throughout this period, I had the privilege of learning from extraordinary mentors and gaining valuable business development and recruitment training. Transitioning to Scouts Talent has been a truly invigorating shift in my professional journey. My work now focuses on connecting people to fulfilling opportunities and fostering beneficial relationships. I'm driven by a tenacious work ethic and a passion for helping individuals discover their unique talents and potential.
