About Nick Phillips

I have a creative mind that sees the world differently than most. I am often deep in thought, as I enjoy stretching my mental capacity. I love puzzles and enjoy looking for patterns and connections in our world. I don’t just point out problems when I see them but I enjoy thinking of possible solutions. I’m extremely comfortable sorting and managing large quantities of data. My experience in leadership roles has helped me build leadership and communication skills. These skills allow me to simplify even the most complex ideas into understandable bite-sized pieces. I’ve also learned to love setting up plans and goals and setting forth to accomplish them. I am constantly learning new things, and I pick up on new things quickly. I also have deep rooted values and ethics that are an integral part of who I am.
