At SBS CyberSecurity, I have had the privilege of guiding thousands of clients from various sectors, including banking and healthcare, toward comprehensive information security solutions. We implement continuous improvement processes that enhance clients' ability to assess cyber risks, determine necessary cyber investments, verify and test the effectiveness of those investments, and communicate and educate business leaders on the current and future state of organizational risk. My passion for ongoing cybersecurity awareness and education drives the SBS “Hacker Hour” – a monthly interactive webinar that connects business owners and IT/security professionals to discuss common cybersecurity challenges. This platform promotes a collaborative environment where professionals can exchange ideas and strategies, strengthening their security programs and defenses. The Hacker Hour is helping change the status quo of cybersecurity in businesses across the US. With 16 years of experience in the information security and cybersecurity landscape, I have honed my expertise in B2B sales, marketing, business operations, mentoring, leadership, and public speaking. My focus on training and education has supported my journey in building successful sales and operations teams that consistently meet company goals. I have taken on the responsibility of developing sales and cross-department operational processes, messaging, coaching, and training programs to enhance our ability to support and serve our clients. My goal is to help each employee be the best version of themselves and reach their personal and professional goals. I am also deeply committed to promoting a diverse workforce in cybersecurity. Inspired by my wife, a formidable cybersecurity professional who has faced and overcome gender-based challenges, I advocate for an inclusive industry where my daughter, my son, and anyone can thrive without bias.
