About Nick Poole

Nick Poole is a Managing Director and serves as JLL’s Office Tenant Representation Broker Lead for Orlando and Jacksonville in the Florida Region. Nick specializes in tenant advisory services and economic incentive negotiations for local, regional and national clients. His responsibilities include new business development, lease and contract negotiation, cash flow analysis and execution of complex real estate transactions for office, flex and industrial user-owned, build-to-suit, or leased locations. Nick’s expertise is derived from his ability to help clients optimize their real estate portfolio through enhanced space utilization, reduced occupancy costs, accelerated savings and improved balance sheet implications resulting in increased profitability and partner distributions. In addition to providing tenant representation services for corporate occupiers, Nick is responsible for day-to-day management initiatives including recruiting, development, enhancing operational processes within the brokerage teams, project staffing, resource/support management and P&L ownership. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and 25 years of corporate business development, process implementation, and consulting experience, Nick has built a reputation as a strategic advisor to a diverse clientele. From emerging startups to Fortune 500 corporations, he has successfully negotiated over 5 million square feet of office, flex and industrial transactions throughout his career with an aggregate value in excess $1.5 billion. During his career at JLL, Nick has been recognized as a Top Achiever, Gold Achiever and Platinum Achiever on multiple occasions. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Poole served as Vice President at CNL Commercial Real Estate and Vice President with Grubb & Ellis, where he was voted Rookie of the Year and a CoStar Power Broker on numerous occasions.
