About Nick Ragone

Associate Director and Leadership Advisor for The Siegfried Group, based out of Connecticut and serving markets across the NY Metro region. I work collaboratively with accounting and finance executives to help them become the best leaders that they can be. At Siegfried, we specifically help various leaders across different companies to clarify what their top priorities are and then we help them to execute on those priorities with high performing accounting professionals. Before Siegfried, I graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Minor in Psychology, thereafter receiving my MBA in Public Accounting from Iona University. I then worked within the Audit & Advisory function at Deloitte out of their Stamford office, before starting my path at Siegfried in August 2021. Personally, I am a family-oriented individual with a deep love for learning and helping others through mentorship and coaching.
